Terms of Service
Last updated: May 15, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
Catalyst is a continuous-integration and delivery platform that runs build pipelines, stores build artifacts, and lets teams organize work across projects, organizations and teams. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Catalyst on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account, including any builds you trigger and any API keys, OAuth connections (such as GitHub or Google) or service credentials you add. Keep your password and tokens confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must provide accurate account information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
3. Pipelines, code and build content
When you connect a repository or push configuration, you grant Catalyst the permissions needed to clone the code, execute the pipeline you defined, and produce and store the resulting artifacts and logs. You retain all ownership of your source code, artifacts and data.
You are solely responsible for the commands your pipelines run and for ensuring you have the rights to build, test and distribute the code you submit.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Catalyst to run workloads that are unlawful, that infringe others' rights, that mine cryptocurrency, that attack or overload third parties, or that attempt to bypass build quotas, isolation or billing. We may suspend pipelines or accounts that threaten the integrity, security or availability of the platform.
5. API and rate limits
Access to the Catalyst API requires an API key and is subject to rate and usage limits that may change over time. Automated access must respect these limits and the documented authentication scheme.
6. Plans, billing and trials
Paid plans are billed in advance for the applicable period. Usage-based charges (such as additional build minutes) are billed in arrears. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give reasonable notice before price changes take effect.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or to comply with the law. On termination we may delete pipelines, artifacts and logs after a reasonable retention window.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Catalyst is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that builds will be error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
